Details of elevator
A lifter, also called bucket elevator, a grain leg, is a mechanism for hauling flowable bulk materials (most often grain or fertilizer) vertically. FDSP can provide you the bucket elevators with excellent explosion-proof performance, low maintenance cost, and long service life.
It consists of:
1.Buckets to contain the material;
2.A belt to carry the buckets and transmit the pull;
3.Means to drive the belt;
4.Accessories for loading the buckets or picking up the material, for receiving the discharged material, for maintaining the belt tension and for enclosing and protecting the elevator.
Lifter Features
1. The lifter has a compact structure, the external dimension of a cross section is small, and occupied area can be obviously saved.
2. Head: a head wheel adopts an encapsulation process, so the friction coefficient is increased, and transmission efficiency is improved; the height of a discharging section is increased, material discharging time is prolonged, and the head is provided with an outlet adjusting plate and a buffer chamber, so recycled materials are effectively reduced; and a cover is lined with a replaceable wear-resistant material with ultra-high molecular weight.
3. Barrel: The barrel adopts an undercut process of an undercut machine and has high strength and good sealing performance; a balance pipe is added to balance pressure between two barrels of a body; a large-opening overhaul operation door is adopted, so a dustpan is convenient to maintain and replace; and an explosion venting port is formed, so pressure relief and explosion venting can be effectively realized.
4. Base: A novel shaft end seal structure is adopted, so dust is prevented from escaping. A split bearing seat structure is adopted, so the use reliability of equipment is ensured; and two sealing devices are arranged in an adjusting plate, so the phenomenon that the adjusting plate leaks powder and materials is avoided.
5. The equipment is equipped with a non-return device, so the problem of blockage caused by power failure is solved.
6. A speed detection and deflection alarm device can be optional according to user requirements to ensure safe normal production.
7. The lifter is applicable for continuous vertical lifting of powdery, granular and small blocky materials, can be widely applied to lifting of feeds in feed factories of various scales, grains and oils, food, chemicals and building materials, and bulk materials in grain depots, ports and piers.
