Introduction of FDSP Steel Silo Project
FDSP is located in Scientific and Technological Industrial Park, Zhongguancun, Jiangsu Province. Our company specializes in research, development and design of steel silo engineering and various material storage technologies and sale and service of related products.
We are in capable of providing the customers with 50-15,000 tons steel silos of various specifications and undertaking one-package turnkey projects including packaged technology design, civil engineering basic design, elevating, conveying, cleaning, magnetic separation, drying, measuring, temperature measurement, fuming or steaming, cold storage, heat preservation, ventilating and dedusting and design, manufacturing, installation, debugging and training of professional support equipment such as automatic control systems. Meanwhile, we can provide customers with support equipment such as bucket elevators with the conveying capacity of 20 to 1,000 tons per hour, scraper conveyors and belt conveyors.
Features of Steel Silo
1. High Strength
The storage silo wall is reinforced by vertical stiffener and occluded by screw beam. It has great strength and good resistance to wind, earthquake and snow.
2. Good Sealing Function
Crimping and seaming of five-layer spiral steel plates ensures airproof, so our storage
silo can be used to store construction materials such as cement, gypsum, fly ash and slag, as well as liquid.
3. Small Area Occupancy
The smallest distance between grain storage silo amounts to 600mm.
4. Short Construction Cycle
High-level automatic construction at site, Need only 5-6 days for a 1000 tons silo.
5. Long Service Life
25-30 years service time is achieved by best combination of plates of different
thickness for grain storage silo body.
6. Nice Appearance
The roof is subulate and is not easy to accumulate dust or water. The bin is shining and observable with silvery lines.
7. Widely Application
Widely used for storage of SBM, Olive, Wheat, Maize, Paddy, Soya bean, Limestone etc.

- For Grain Storage: Corn/Maize, Soya/Soybean, SBM, Barley, Rice, Paddy, Sorghum, Wheat, Buckwheat, Castor Seed, Sunflower Seed, Flaxseed, Wheat Bran, etc. And powder material.
- For Animal Feed Storage: Animal Feed Pellets, Poultry Feed Pellets, Livestock Feed Pellets, Aqua Feed Pellets, etc.
- For Biomass Pellet Storage: Wood Pellets, Sawdust Pellets, Penut Pellets, Rice Hull Pellets, etc.
- For Industrial Material Storage: Cement, Fly Ash, Limestone, Aluminium Oxide, Plastic Granule, etc.

Main Process of Steel Silo Engineering
- Raw Material Receiving Section: Feeding by truck discharge, manual dumping, or railway etc.
- The Cleaning System: drum cleaner machine or vibrating cleaner machine, for removing impurites from the grains, like stone, straw, etc.
- The Drying System: decrease the extra moisture of grain.
- The Storage System (Ventilation System, Level System, Temperature Monitoring System)
Type B: With Concrete Structure & Concrete Cone (≥1500 tons per unit silo)
- The Discharging System
Discharge with conveyor machine, connected with bagging system, or truck loading system, or other processing line after the silos
- The Control System
