Introduction of Pulse Filter
TBLMF Series Flat bag dust filter pulse is a novel and efficient dust removal equipment, it uses the fan, pulse bag dust filter combination as a whole and remove the bag frame structure form, has the characteristics of small volume, large filtering area, to shorten the wind nets, simplified technological process, improving the efficiency of the host has created favorable conditions. This equipment is suitable for the grain and oil, food, feed and other industries of stand-alone dust and light industry, chemical industry, mining, cement and other industries of dust filter.

- Square cabinet with edge fold makes good appearance.
- Bottom feed makes to material recycling.
- Great processing amount of wind, low noise and less occupation.
- Bigger filtering area and high efficiency(≥99%).
- Low resistance, high dust removing efficiency, easy operation and repairing, supporting air with low pressure, low noise, long working life, shall size.
- Uniform dust removing by scraper of type A reduces not only improves efficiency but also reduces equipment height.
- Widely applied to industries like food, metallurgy, building materials, and medicine etc.

Advantage of Pulse Filter
- TDFK high voltage magnetic valve makes more air amount and better dust removal effect. The air inlet on ash hopper avoids dusty air direct goes through filter, which improves the working life of filter.
- Patented technology of filter quick loading system and low voltage magnetic valve of multiple filters and one blow are applied.
Special square air pocket is directly connected with magnetic valve which reduces damage to diaphragm and makes stable and reliable operation. Qualified products have good appearance and compact construction. Double air inlets make flexible processing set-up, and less space occupation. High dust removal efficiency (≥99.9%)
Filters can be customized like superfine, temperature resisting, moisture resisting, antistatic, etc.
