Main Features of Hammer Mill:
1. Available raw material: woodchips, straw, palm shell, rice husk, sunflower,
wood shavings, olive residue, paper, bagasse, bamboo shavings, peanut shell,
rice husk, sugar cane, elephant grass, cotton seed etc.
2. Water drop structure, with elegant structure and high grinding efficiency.
3. Siemens Motor and SKF bearing.
4. Directly connected motor, with High capacity and low energy consumption.
5. Maintenance gate is installed by rail structure, which is of simple and convenient
operation.
6. Special process of hammer, with Long life span.
7. Grinding hamber separation device optional, with high grinding efficiency.
8. U- Shape grinding groove at the bottom of grinding chamber, with improvement of
grinding efficiency of 50- 80%.
9. Dead knife optional that can improve the grinding efficiency.
10. Rotor is undertaken dynamic balance test, which can ensure the stable operation
and long service time.
11. Rotor rotating in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction can prolong the service
life of hammers, more safety.
12. Screen fix mechanism is equipped with pressing handle, which makes more
convenient of replacing of screen.
13. Diameter of screen can be determined according to the technological design.
14. CNC processing, with high accuracy.
