TDS625 Energy Saving Sand Drying Machine
Working Principle of sand drying machine:
The material to be dried is pushed back immindiately by spiral board when enters the shell from feeding tank and feeding chute. Because the drier is installed in slope, material flows to the back end under gravity and rotation force, meanwhile, it is lifted by board repeatedly and thrown down accordingly, which make the material form even curtain, and exchange heat sufficiently with inner the heat flow. In the end, water in the material is dried by repeatedly scattering.
The advantage of sand drying machine:
1. Save floor space of the machine;
2. Lower cost than normal dryer
3. The temperature of the final product is low, the life of dust collector is long.
4. The material of this dryer is alloy steel, more wear-resistant and longer life than normal dryer.
5. It is the best machine on drying silica sand and other sand shape material.
6. Because the temperature of the final product is low, so the final product can be packed directly and continuously.
7. The fuel can be coal, oil, gas and so on.
8. It can be adjusted the humidity very easy.
