Introduction of turmeric powder process equipment:
This turmeric powder process equipment is applicable to a wide range of materials with high output, such as spices and grains of Turmeric Powder, Chili Powder, Pepper Powder, Wheat flour, Rice Powder etc Machine cavity of the device has a fan blade structure, when running, the fan blades blow away the heat of the machine cavity, and continue to supply the outside air, aircraft machine cavity will not produce heat, to ensure that material properties will not change. And can crush heat sensitive materials and sticky materials.

Working principle of turmeric powder process equipment:
« The raw material enters into the grinding chamber through the feed hopper. The material , impacted by the high-speed rotary cutters , is thrown to the fixed liners, then is bounced and sheared. Meanwhile, under the impact, cut, rub force by turns, the material is micronized well. Under the pull force, the finished products is absorbed into the cyclone through the sieve. A little of superfine powder is collected by the pulse deduster.
« In the machine chamber, there is the leaf structure. When operation, the air in the grinding chamber is blown out by the rotary leaves taking out the heat. Therefore, there is no much heat in the chamber to ensure the characteristic of the material.
« When operation, the strong air flow can expel the material out. So it can pulverized the heat sensitive and sticky material with good effect.
« Expect the pull force of the fan, the air flow in the grinding chamber blows the fine powder out ( the fineness of the power is adjustable through the sieves). Thus, it can increase the capacity of the machine.
