7.Chili feeding way: matched with belt conveyor
Working principles:
1 Feeding dry chili into the machine, there are two comb blade rollers to cut the whole chili into 10mm length.
2 Cutted chili sections will go into mixing chamber where there is a rotary auger to mix and rotate chili section. Meanwhile the seeds of chili will fall down and screen by a sieve mouted on the bottom of this chamber.
3 Seedless chili sections go into dry wahing chamber where has ruber strips on a rotary shaft. The rotary ruber strip will rub the chili surface to clean the dirst, and also chili sections will rub each other to clean dirst. Dirst in this chamber will be sucked out by a draft fan to get clean chili sections.
