Application
This kind herbs powder machine unit is suitable for the pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries. With air-cooled, non –screen performance, etc. It is not influenced by viscosity texture and fiber materials, and no restrictions on any material, can play a better grinding effect . This kind of machine especially suitable for grinding herbs with a fiber or with a certain oily materials.
Working Principe
- This kind herbs powder machine unit comprise of hopper , grading wheel , grinding blades, gear ring , grinding motor , discharge outlet , fan, collector bins, dust catcher and other components .
- Material from the hopper into the crushing chamber, through the high-speed rotating blade grinding, adjustment and classification round plate distance to reach the required fineness of the material, high-speed rotation of the fan blade send the achieved requirements material from the crushing chamber to collecting bin
the materials that does not meet the requirements continue grinding in the grinding chamber ,dust generated collected by the dust catcher. - Herbal grinder unit by "GMP" standard design , simple structure, convenient operation and cleaning , low noise , high output, all with high-quality machine made of stainless steel , no dust during grinding .
