Technology characters

Work principle
Through air purifying system, oil, water and dust is removed from the compressed air, the purified air
is fed into the absorber with zeolite molecular sieve, most of nitrogen, carbon dioxide and moisture is
absorbed by molecular sieve, and oxygen is separated due to its high diffusion rate.
When the impurity content like Nitrogen absorbed by the absorber reaches a certain degree, impurities are released from the zeolite molecular sieve by reducing pressure, then the absorber is recycled for cyclic utilization. Two absorbers are cyclic utilized under PLC control system to get high quality oxygen.

Applications of Oxygen
The following industries are using PSA to get enriched Oxygen and getting benefit from it.
lElectro-smelting of steel: decarburization, oxygenated combustion heating, foamed slag, metallurgy controlling and follow-up heating.
lWater treatment: oxygenated aeration of active mud, pond oxygen, ozone sterilization glass melting and cutting, production capacity of glass is increased and service life of furnace is prolonged.
lNonferrous metal metallurgy: enriched oxygen is needed during metallurgy of copper, zinc, nickel and lead etc., PSA is replacing deep refrigeration step by step.
lOutdoor cutting: enriched oxygen is used for outdoor cutting of steel pipes and sheets, portable or small size oxygen generator is needed.
lPetrochemical and industrial oxygen: enriched oxygen is used instead of air in oxidation reactions of petrochemical industries to increase reacting speed and production capacity of chemicals
l Mineral treatment:used in metallurgy like gold to increase the metal fall
l Drinking water: provide oxygen to ozonizer for ozone sterilizing.
