Coal-water slurry (CWS) fired steam boiler
2. Application Scope:
CWS can be used in place of oil and gas in any size of heating and power station. CWS is suitable for existing gas, oil, and coal boilers.
3. SHFS Series (CWS Fluidization System) Feature
l Stable operation and low emission: Coal-water fluidization system realizes the low temperature combustion; avoid coking, unstable operation, poor security problem of Coal-water atomizer system.
l High efficiency:cyclic burn cluster of coal-water particle, achieve a high efficient performance.
l Low cost for desulfuration:Use limestone and silica sand as medium material cooperate with low temperature combustion technology realize the direct desulfuration during Coal-water combustion, which is simple structure and low cost.
l Low consumption for medium material:recycle of limestone increase the use ratio which reduce the supply of limestone and medium material. This system also increases the efficiency.
l Wide Load Adjustable Range:the boiler can adjust for different type Coal-water fuel and load range can be set 30% to 100%,
l Low cost and requirement for Coal-water:Wide adaptable for Coal-water fuel reduces the requirement for Coal-water manufacture, which reduce the Coal-water cost.
l Simple and stable accessory: SHFS series (CWS fluidization system) do not need expensive burner, fault liability CWS atomization gun, complex high pressure air and CWS system, which make the whole system simple and reliable.
