Ductile iron pipe pricing
Ductile cast iron is a kind alloy of iron, carbon and silicon, in which graphitc exists in the type of spherical,generally the size of graphite is 6-7 class, and spheriedization grade of the pipe should be controlled 1~3 class(spheroidization rate is not below 80%).
Thus after spheriodization, ductile cast iron possesses the nature of iron as weel as the characteristics of steel.
After Annealing, its microstructure contains ferrite and a little pearlite possessing excellent mechanical properties.

Q1: How long is your delivery time?
A1: The fastest delivery time is 7days.Generally the delivery time is 20-30dyas.
Q2: What’s your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) ?
A2: steel plates: if we have stocks of what do you need, the MOQ will be 1 ton. If we don’t have stocks, we will quote you according to the specific situation such as the specific materials, steel mills’ order requirements and so on. The MOQ will be 50 tons generally in this situation.
Q3: Whether your company can send supporter for a long time or not?
A3: Temporarily we don't have offices in foreign countries. We supply one-year’s free service. Beyond one year you should supply the fare, accommodation cost and technical service fee for the service.
