Jiangsu Haiyang Chemical Fibres Co., Ltd, established in 1970, is one of the leading manufactures producing nylon 6 dipped tyre cord fabrics in China. It has more than 40 years’ history and grows out of NCI/SINOPEC group, the largest chemical group in china.

At present, our company has two plants located in Taizhou city, Jiangsu P.R. China, covers an area of 130000. Our company’s business revenue is more than 400 million yuan, has more than 2,300 employees.

The company has production capacity of nylon 6 dipped tyre cord fabrics 30,000 Tons / year,nylon 6 chips 35,000 Tons / year,nylon 6 filament yarn and twine 18,000 Tons / year.

Products introducation:

1 Nylon 6 white yarn:

Include 185D ~ 1890D Nylon 6 filament yarn, tenacity ≥7.0G/D

       630D ~1890D Nylon 6 high tenacity filament yarn, tenacity ≥8.0G/D

2 Nylon 6 colour yarn:

Include 185D ~ 1890D Nylon 6 filament yarn, color according to customer needs.

3 Nylon 6 yarn with adjuvant:

Include 630D ~1890D Nylon 6 high tenacity filament yarn, tenacity ≥8.5G/D

Color : light yellow; function : improve spinnability and quality of Nylon Yarn, reduce the degree of oxidation from uviolize and it has a good light resistance.

4 Nylon 6 yarn with UV:

Include 185D ~ 1890D Nylon 6 filament yarn, tenacity ≥7.0G/D

Color : white; function : good UV resistance.

5 Nylon 6 pink yarn with DNP:

Include 630D ~1890D Nylon 6 high tenacity filament yarn, tenacity ≥9.0G/D

6 Nylon 6 faliment twine:

Include 210D/2PLY ~ 210D/75PLY Nylon 6 faliment twine, use nylon 6 high tenacity filament yarn, which tenacity more than 7.0 G/D or 8.0G/D.
