1. Application standard: GB/T1179-1999,YB/T5004-2001,YB/T183-2000, ASTM A475,ASTM B498 , BS 4565-1990 or as per the technology agreement decided by both sides after negotiation.

Packaging:
- In Wooden reels,or Coils. The dimension of the reel is according to client's requirement.
- Galvanized steel strand is covered by plastic film first, then covered by two layers of chemical fabric, and at last tape it up tightly. This can guarantee the steel strand quality for a longer life, avoiding it from being oxidation.
- Different specifications are marked by different color tape
Shipping:
- We will take pictures of whole process of loading steel strands into the container.
- Shipping port is Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuhu, Ningbo etc or as per client’s requirements.
The manufacturing process of wire rope is shortly described below.
Wire rod – Made from high carbon steel billets in a hot rolling process of a required diameter, usually from 5.5mm to 8 mm.
Surface treatment – The process of removing dust and rust from the outer surface of the wire rod to facilitate the drawing process
1st Drawing - Here we produce the base material of wire required for rope manufacturing. Wire rod is drawn to 3.5mm to 1mm, adding mechanical properties suitable for application.
Patenting - The above drawn wires are passed through a furnace at a maintained temperature to obtain the required micro structure. This is called the heat treatment process.
2nd Drawing - Patented wire is drawn for the final required size of wire.
Stranding - Here a wire of different or same size lay in multiple layers and same direction, or cross lay and diameter is maintained by one third of the rope size.
Closing - This is the final operation of rope manufacturing, after completing the set of strands, these strands are laid on a core (Fiber or Steel ) which produces the rope of the required diameter.

What is your minimum order requirement?
Generally our clients would like to order at least 10 metric tons. But if client wants to order fewer for sample to check our product’s quality and then will order larger quantity, then it will be also ok for 1 metric ton at least.
Can I negotiate the price?
Yes, sure. we may consider discounts for large order quantity. And we have some discount season each year which you can enjoy a favorable discount for our products! We will keep you noted about the discount season!
How long will it take to finish my order?
This depends on the quantity of the order. After we confirm all of your requirements, we will make a production schedule. Generally we have a shorter delivery time than any other suppliers.
Do you provide some cheap steel wires / galvanized steel strand / steel ropes samples?
Yes, sure. We can supply samples for your check of quality.
How much will the shipping charges be?
This will depend on the product quantity and shipping way. We communicate with clients first about the detailed information such as the models and quantity, your favorable method of shipping, (by air or by sea,) and your designated port or airport, and then will provide clients a confirmed shipping charges.

How can I know how my order is being done?
