Mould creation: As per your drawing or sample, we make tooling drawing and produce tooling;
Plastic moulding: After out of tooling sample is approved, we produce plastic injection parts, materials
Surface treatment: We make some surface treatment if needed;
Quality:
We integrate computer technology and automation to provide accurate and consistent injections;
We set workflow to be sure every step is done correctly
We do scheduled dimensional checking in production and before packing
We had complete customer-owned tooling maintenance program
