Process:
Mould creation: As per your drawing or sample, we make tooling drawing and produce tooling;
Plastic moulding: After out of tooling sample is approved, we produce die casting parts;
Surface treatment: We make some surface treatment if needed;
Quality:
We integrate computer technology and automation to provide accurate and consistent castings
We set workflow to be sure every step is done correctly
We do scheduled dimensional checking in production and before packing
We had complete customer-owned tooling maintenance program
