- I. Equipment of submerged arc furnace
Calcium carbide furnace, industrial silicon furnace, ferro-tungsten furnace, MnSi furnace, FeNi / HC FeCr furnace, (high purity) FeSi furnace, Titanium slag furnace, SiAl furnace, silicon-calcium furnace, gas-burning and rotary kiln, and the matched intelligent control system for above equipments.
- II. Design and manufacture of melting & processing equipment for rare metal and titanium equipment etc.
We widely assimilate advanced technologies at home and abroad. We professionally design and manufacture electron-beam equipment (cold bed smelting furnace), titanium and zirconium melting and processing equipments such as vacuum consumable arc furnace, plasma welding chamber, vacuum annealing furnace etc., hydrogen furnace and so on. Above equipments are at leading level in China, and now we can produce series products. The capacity of vacuum consumable arc furnaces for titanium can be 10t and that of plasma welding chamber can be 12t, 7m annealing furnace for plates, 11m continuous annealing furnace for pipes and a lot of titanium melting and processing equipments have been used to many titanium production enterprises. Operation conditions are very well. Furthermore, the consumable vacuum arc furnace for titanium melting produced by our company has come into being series. The skull furnace, vacuum annealing furnace for tubes & pipes and plates are all proved to be top-level in domestic market. Our company can supply design and manufacture and technical service for consumers on titanium melting and processing complete equipments.
- III. Equipment for steel-making furnace
Heating furnace, electric arc furnace, intermediate frequency induction furnace, ladle refining furnace, cupola furnace, blast furnace, converter, heat retaining furnace and all kinds of smelting furnaces for different materials.
- IV. Equipment of heat treatment furnace
Used for quenching and tempering, stress relieving, annealing, normalization and so on. For example, annealing furnace, normalizing furnace, mesh belt furnace, aging furnace, solution furnace, forging furnace, carburizing furnace, quenching furnace, nitriding furnace, brazing furnace, foaming furnace, drying furnace, roasting furnace and so on.
- V. Flue cleaning system
The flue dedusting / cleaning system which matched with above furnace equipments.
