Siliphos ( Scale inhibitor )
General Description
Siliphos is a kind of slow-release chemical agent, it is made from a variety of phosphate and silicate through special technology. The principal constituent of Siliphos are polyphosphates and polysilicates. They can react with metal cation (Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn) in the water to create the soluble complex. So it can be used for anti-scale and anti-rust.
PNT550 high-ferric specialized membrane antiscale
1, Description
Based on phosphate-free formula, PNT550 is a kind of high-efficient bacteriostatic copolymer antiscale for RO membrane system, effective and efficient to prevent the inorganic salt and ferric and aluminum oxides to settle on the film surface. As a composite antiscale containing organic acid, is compatible with most RO membrane. Especially suitable to treat high-ferric water .

3, Features
can treat the precipitation of CaCO3 , CaSO4 , SrSO4 , BaSO4 , CaF2 , SiO2 NP216 is effective normally in LSI2.8

4, Operation Instruction
PNT550 is corrosive because of the exist of organic acid. So please use the anticorrosive equipment to operate, such as 316L stainless steel container or PVC,PE container. It is recommend to input NP216 ahead of safety filtering equipment.

Input: 2-6ppm in general, please choose the suitable ratio according to the practical water quality, you can calculate the ratio by Ochem professional software.

5, Package
25kgs/barrel, packed in blue polyethylene plastic barrel.
6, Storage
Room temperature in 25 C.degree is recommended. Please keep it in cool and dry place, its quality guarantee is 12 months. Please use up quickly as possible after open the package.
7, Caution
Please put on the gas mask and protective gloves in the whole operation.
It is recommended to use NP216 together with the Ochem flocculants TM series. Incompatible flocculants may react with NP216 to damage the membrane seriously.
