Siliphos ( Scale inhibitor )
General Description
Siliphos is a kind of slow-release chemical agent, it is made from a variety of phosphate and silicate through special technology. The principal constituent of Siliphos are polyphosphates and polysilicates. They can react with metal cation (Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn) in the water to create the soluble complex. So it can be used for anti-scale and anti-rust.

Used as antiscale, antirust, anticorrosion, antivirus and algae removal for industrial & drinking water.

Hyperspere PNT 220 is high-performance liquid scale inhibitor / dispersant used to control the membrane separation system to control calcium carbonate, sulfate and iron oxide precipitation caused by fouling. After extended use of this inhibitor system cleaning cycle, the membrane life expectancy and reduce costs. Hypersperse PNT 220 reverse osmosis and nanofiltration has been widely used devices.
problem statement
Water's high salt and iron compounds produced by inorganic precipitation is caused by membrane separation system in the scaling major cause of pollution, this phenomenon must be controlled to prevent the generation of reverse osmosis membranes deposited on the surface and to avoid increasing the pressure difference caused by the anti- permeable membrane surface damage.
