Principle of Extracting Corn Germ:
Slits appear between the Corn Endosperm and corn germ after corn absorbs certain water, because of different expansion rate. The corn then come to Breaking Corn & Germs Machine, be separated into corn germ and corn endosperm. The mixture is transported to EXTRACTING GERM MACHINE to extract germ from mixture. The mixture is put on the middle of sift of the machine, and suspend on sift due to the air current coming up through sift. Germ is light, and endosperm is heavy, so the germ is up and endosperm is down. While the sift is vibrating again and again, the germ moves up due to the convex of sift, on the contrary, the endosperm go down. At the end, the germ separates from the corn.

- This line is 15*6*8m. Extracting germ rate is 8%, germ purity is 90%, oil content is 40-42%.
