Application of poultry beak cutting machine:
The electric beak cutting machine, which is developed for adapting the requirement of cutting off the beak tip of chicken, duck, goose, etc. in livestock breeding. through high temperature electric heating cutting burn wounds and stop bleeding quickly, it can reduce the bacterial infection, the effect is very ideal.
Operational principle of poultry beak cutting machine:
By chian bar drive components, A built-in Low-speed motor drives electric thermal movable blade up and down, and automatically fix position with beak cutter blade in order to trim beak quickly and stop bleeding in time.
How to Use poultry beak cutting machine:
1. Swith on the machine, adjust the temperature of movable blade
2. Wait till the machine is hot enough or become reddish.
3. When the movable blade glows,start motor switch and both-shaped switch.
4. According to chicken beak size to adjust the aperture of micro cutter blade.
5. Hold chicken with a right position; Usually hot chicken feet with left hand,
chicken neck with right thumb,and pin chicken throat with righ-hand forefinger.
6., stick chicken beak into the aperture.When the movable blade drops,stop bleeding
with 1-4 seconds.
Structure and principle of poultry beak cutting machine :
This product use low-speed motor to drive electric heatng movable knife to do the up -and -down movement by chain bar driving part ,and it can automatically set the knife with micro-moving chicken beak positioning blade to quickly finish cutting beak and stanch boold .The complete machine is composed of transformer ,motor and cooling exhaust fan.The machine head is equipped with motor starting boat-shaped switch and voltage-adjusting multi-stage switch of electric heating movable knife.
In addition,bench electric beak cutter has the electronic circuit of automatic stopping knife and stanchingblood, the machine head is equipped with time adjusting button of stopping knife and stanching blood;it can be adjusted randomly within 0-4 seconds.
