Introduction of MP Series Planetary Mixer
l The mixers with vertical shafts allow the rapid mixing of all types of quality concrete (dry, semi-dry and plastic). The great versatility of the mixer enables it to be used not only in the production of concrete, but also in the mixing of materials for the production of glass, ceramics, refractory materials, etc.
l The gearbox unit (patent technology), specially designed for a balanced distribution of power to the various mixing device, ensure a low-noise rotation without backlash even under severe working conditions. Compared with traditional gearbox, this unit takes less space, and the maintenance space of the mixer can enlarge 30%.
l Equipped with a mechanical coupling and a hydraulic coupling (option), which can protect the transmission devices from overloads and impacts.
l Ni-hard cast iron blades are more wearable. As an alternative, we also offer polyurethane blades for special requirements.
l According to different materials, the liners and tiles can be cast-iron, HARDOX steel plate (Sweden original) or hard facing materials.
l From optional model selection to customized mixer for special application situation, we also can offer a full range of technical support and maintenance services.

Q: How many types of mobile concrete batching plant you have?
A: Four types, MB/MC/MD/YHZS. YHZS is traditional one, the others are our patent products. We also have stationary concrete batching plant.
Q: Is the belt conveyor necessary?
A: No. The discharging height of concrete batching plant is 1m. If your discharging height is higher, the belt conveyor is necessary. It can reach 3.5/3.8/4.0 meters.
Q: Can I move the complete concrete batching plant?
A: Yes, MB is wheels type concrete plant, wheels type cement silo, wheels type belt conveyor are all provided.
Q: How can I supply water / additive?
A: There is water tank on MB1200/MC1200. The water source / water tank is necessary on working site for other models.
Q: Can all the equipments be put in container? How many days does it need to install?
A: Yes, my friend, it's one advantage of our mobile concrete batching plant, 120/1500/1800 all can be put in container. 1 day is enough for installation.
Q: Do you have CE certificate for your concrete batching plant / cement silo?
A: Yes, we have. Both are our patent products, certificated by CE.
