Stationary concrete mixing plant is one model of concrete batching plants in our factory. This type mixing plant is withcapacity 25-240m3 per hour.
Mobile concrete batching plant and stationary concrete mixing plant are all provided in our factory. The engineers will provide professional suggestions and plans for free if you have any requirements. The ready cement mixer plant is a combinational device used to batch concrete in centralized. There are many different types and components of stationary concrete mixing plant , the basic structure includes: feeding system, measuring (weighing) system, mixing system, electrical system and auxiliary equipments. They are used to transport, feed, store, batch, weigh, mix and discharge the concrete raw materials: cement, water, sand, crushed stone, admixture and additive.

2. Auger, screw conveyor, diameter from 168mm - 323mm. Length is from 3m - 14m
3. Scale, Cement scale, water scale, additive scale. Its accuracy is 70% higher than flow meter.
4. Mixer, JS / KTSA twin shaft mixer, Planetary Mixer are all provided.
