The engineers will provide professional suggestions and plans for free if you have any requirements. The ready cement mixer plant is a combinational device used to batch concrete in centralized. There are many different types and components of stationary concrete mixing plant , the basic structure includes: feeding system, measuring (weighing) system, mixing system, electrical system and auxiliary equipments. They are used to transport, feed, store, batch, weigh, mix and discharge the concrete raw materials: cement, water, sand, crushed stone, admixture and additive.Stationary concrete mixing plant is one model of concrete batching plants in our factory. This type mixing plant is withcapacity 25-240m3 per hour.

2. Auger, screw conveyor, diameter from 168mm - 323mm. Length is from 3m - 14m
3. Scale, Cement scale, water scale, additive scale. Its accuracy is 70% higher than flow meter.
4. Mixer, JS / KTSA twin shaft mixer, Planetary Mixer are all provided.
5. Loading way: Skip lift and belt lift are all provided.
