Features
NT-Y Series with high ozone concentration, which has complete ozone parts inside machine, with built-in air compressor, refrigerant dryer and oxygen generator. Adjustable ozone output, it can meet with different requirements for different applications.
1. Complete machine oxygen source, with built-in oxygen concentrator with high concentration of ozone and ultra-low rate of ozone decay.
2. Use patent of product - enamel ozone tube with internal and external water cooling.
Both the internal and external electrodes are cooled by water with low temperature rise resulting in continuous work with high efficiency and stability, extreme low rate of ozone output decay and high ozone concentration thus saving air supply.
3. Use advanced high-frequency pulse modulationto ensure that ozone output varies with the change of demand, thus realizing accurate control.
4. Adjustable ozone output: 20~100%
5. Use anti-oxidation and corrosion-resistant materials (teflon, components made of stainless steel).
6. Chiller for cooling water, in order to reduce cost for user, we use dryer’s chiller for cooling water.
7.Adjustable oxygen flow rate, which will change ozone output & concentration for meeting with different lines requirements.
8. Save air supply with low power consumption but high efficiency.
9. No breakdown with easy operation and maintenance.

UV Sterilizer
>> Weak penetrability, which makes the disinfection effect very weak if the UV radiation can’t reach.
>> Shorter life time: the sterilization ability decrease along with using time. And short life time 8,000~12,000 hours (China) with higher repair cost, but ozone with 20,000 hours.
>> Harmful for health: UV light is electromagnetic radiation with a wave length of 328~210nm,this could make microorganism die of losing DNA transformation ability. If UV directly onto people, it will cause skin, eyes problem, even cause skin cancer.
Is ozone harmful to human body ?
>> Once the ozone concentration fails to meet the hygiene and safety standard, we can notice with our sense of smell and dodge away or take actions to avoid further leakage.So far there is no one dealth reported caused by ozone poisoning.
