1. Various capacity and customized silo. The capacity of bolted-type silo ranges from 50T to 3000T flexible. We can design and manufacture the silo according to customer's requirement.
2. Fully equipped factory. With mature special cutting and drilling technology, all parts are specially cleaned on the surface, and then well painted both inside and outside.We also have a workshop of 8000 square meters and about 10000 square meters factory.
3. Professional packing and loading.
Easy transportation for exporting,pack into container, transport by land or sea around the world.
1. All parts of silos can be packed into bundles with short loading time and little space.
2. The silos can be transported regardless of size. It can greatly reduce the transportation cost because more than one silo may be carried by one truck or container.
3. Bolted-type silos are easily packed into container to the world and it no longer uses the conventional way of break-bulk cargo transportation.
4. Easy assembly. All the parts of feed silo can be well assembled with the help of English Installation Instruction Program. The construction will be safe and efficient.

1. Lay out the components according to the condition of site
2. Assemble the component part
3. Connect the component part
4. Reverse the silo
5. Place silo and connect to the foundation
6. Connect the relevant accessories and paint the silo. Sometimes silo painting is finishing in our factory to reduce pollution for the environment.
5. Unique sealing technology. Luwei bolted-type silo has triple reliable seal protection.
6.Recycling use. Luwei bolted type silo is convenient to install and remove. It realizes to recycle on different construction sites and long-term service life. Also the cost for secondary investment can be reduced as well as the delivery time can be shorted.
