This controller is independence research and development by Guangzhou WUSUN Electromechanical & Technological co.,ltd , which is aimed to make air can circulate and temperature adjustable for poultry raising.
Main feature:
(1)Energy saving: running cost saving 30-50%, it’s according to the fix temperature range that the user settle, auto follow up the changing of the temperature in the poultry house to control the exhaust fan rotated speed to make air circulate and cool. It is said the exhaust fan working according to the needs, in this case energy will no be wasted. ( especially suitable for place which big temperature difference between day time and morning night.
(2)Comfortable for animal: animal will no be stress as the temperature in the poultry house is stable. Other control method when temperature high machine running, when temperature low machine off , this way cause the temperature sudden high and sudden low, animal is easy to get sick.
(3)Make the feeder’s work more easy : this controller auto control the exhaust fan’s running according to the temperature’s changing, labor control is no necessary. ( especially suitable for place which big temperature difference between day time and morning night.
(4)Alarm function: Sound and light alarm ringing when poultry house have accident situation like: over high temperature, over low temperature, sensor breakdown, power off
(5)Extend exhaust fan lifespan: the started of fan is throught frequency transformer controller, damage for motor and belt will be much less than direct starting.

POULTRY HOUSE TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER DESIGN
The controller including : summer ventilation and cooling, winter ventilation and colling
Summer: Ensure poultry house air fresh and lower temperature, keep air ventilate around 60 times/ hour.
Winter: Ensure poultry house temperatre stable and air fresh, maintain lowest ventilation volume.
(1) summer ventilation and cooling: in domestic mark's poultry house construction, summer ventilation and cooling use exhaust fan + cooling pad
exhaust fan + cooling pad actually is two type of cooling mode:
1. exhaust fan started, negative pressue will be in the poultry house, air from outside come into the poultry house, then wind speed exist in poultry house, and get the purpose of cooling. ( when the temperature in the scope of 23℃~30℃, as“summer” mode ventilation, 3 pcs of 1380mm fan will auto change speed and control in 20~50Hz by frenquency transformer. When temperature below 23℃ in morning and night in summer, as “summer”mode ventilation controller:
(1) when the temperature reducing, 3 pcs of 1380mm fan will reduce to 20Hz (adjustable) by frequency transformer controller, if temperature continue to reduce, controller will stop 1 fan (fan stop temperature may settle to 1-5 degree), then the second fan stop, at last reserve the third fan working intermittence (working time may adjustable settle to running 5 min stop 3 min) working mode (frenquency adjustble in 20 to 40Hz), to make sure the ventilation will no cause temperature in the poultry house too low.
(2) when the temperature going up, third fan running in it's lowest frequency, if temperature continue increase, controller will open second fan, then first fan, after that the 3pcs of fan will change frequency automatically according to the temperature in the poultry house.
2. exhaust fan start to work (when the temperature is more than 31℃, as “summer” mode cooling controller, 3pcs of 1380mm fan will ato change running speed in the scope of 20~50Hz by frequency controller, negative pressue will be in poultry house, air from outside come inside throught cooling pad (when temperuatre more than 30℃ will auto start the water puump and cooling pad) hot air touch water, water absorb part of hot air to make the purpose of cooling in poulty house.
