Introduction of Small Wood Pellet Plant
Wood pellet production has been a popular trend nowadays. Wood pellet plant is specially designed for biomass pellets. It’s an integrated system with wood pellet mill and other supporting equipments being highly efficient for making biomass pellets, wood pellets, it enjoys a wide application rage for the raw materials, including logs, saw dust, wood shavings, crop straw, etc. Our small wood pellet plant is special developed to meet the family or small industrial use, it is made up of wood hammer mill, airflow dryer, screw conveyor, flat die pellet press, horizontal cooling & screening machine, bucket elevator, automatic pellets packing machine, and electric cabinet. It has three types capacity:200-300kg/h, 400-600kg/h, and 1T/h.

We supply two kinds of this small wood pellet plants, mobile type wood pellet plant and stationary type wood pellet line. Both of the pellet making lines are popular in the family, on the farms, and in small biomass pellet plants.
1. The stationary type wood pellet line is without bottom frame, it’s a nice choice if you want to make pellets in a fixed place and have enough space to install the small pellet line. Besides, it has the price advantage compared to the pellet line with frame.
2.However, all the machines of the mobile wood pellet plant are based on one foundation, it’s convenient to move and also save much space, can satisfy your needs of mobile production. It is preferred by most farmers and small pellet plants owners due to its flexibility, mobility, stability, compact structure, and small floor area.
