A. It’s widely used for pellet oflight substance,like wood chips,sawdust,straw,pasture,palm leaf and so on.
B.Adopt high-precision gear driven , advanced flexible coupling, for high productive efficiency .
C. Main driving adopt imported SKF ( NSK) bearing and NAK oil seal ,Siemens Motor.
D This series wood pellet mill for wood are mainly used for pelletizing all kinds of biomass particles, such as wood sawdust, straw, rice husk and coffee husk etc.
E Super quality bearing and oil seal to ensure high efficiency, stability and low noise.
F The pelletizing chamber is equipped with air draft cooling system.
G The variable-frequency and variable-speed motor is adopted to ensure the quality of the pellet.
Wood pellet Machine Use Raw Material:
1Wood waste,scobs,branch,palm tree,sugarcane residue,sawdust,medical slag,hay,discarded edible fungus bags.
2 Bean stalk,wheat stalk,corn stalk,cotton stalks,sunflower stalks,mustard stalk,rice stalks,coffee husk,cotton shell,peanut shell,rice shell,coconut shell.
3 Livestock and poultry's waste,tea waste,tea waste,forestry wastes,forestry wastes,wood chips and many other organic waste resources.

Wood pellet making machine feature:
*Main drive adopts high accurate gear drive with higher efficiency,steady running and low noise.
*Feeder is made of stainless steel with anti-lump structure and adopts the frequency or electromagnetic speed regulating control to guarantee quality pellet feed.
*Stainless steel conditioner can be customer-made to control cooking time,special seal is adopted in tow ends of the conditioner,steam is injected in the conditioner directly,so that it can fully contact the material inside.
*The body part is cast in special technology with high accuracy.Advanced flexible coupling connects the motor and gear box with big compensation and steady driving.
*The die and driving wheel adopt clamp structure,the door and discharging channel is made of stainless steel with long life
