Introduction

1.This kind of oil presser machine is widely used in processing such as soybean, rapeseeds, peanuts, coconut, sesame, etc.   More than 20 kinds of vegetable seeds

2.Different oil materials have different oil yield. The oil left in cake is less than 7%

3.It mainly has three parts: Screw oil press;electrical control box forpre-heating chamber, vacuum filter for cleaning oil.All the above three parts work at one time, so only one machine could the user get high quality edible oil.

4.Before pressing, some parts of the press such as the press chamber, press screw and press ring will be pre-heated

5.During pressing, the press can filter the oil in due time

6.We could match PLC display for automatically controling for seed-feeding, oil flowing, chamber heating, etc. Then manpower could be saved to improve your work efficiency

Extruding methods of Bean Raw Material

Bean: two ways, cold and hot ettruding

A.Cold attruding;bean......selscting......pressing (in case of adequate water cotent)

B. hot extruding:bean......selecting...pre-pressing......heating(steaming etc)......pressing

Firstly,selecting beans and remove foreing pariticles then soften by breaking and adding water of 7-8%, and then ateam them to 115

C:beans will be ready fro extruded.
