The frame typed oil filtering machine produced by our factory include :Model 6LB350 ,6LB250 ,which are mainly used for filtering the crude oil pressed out by screw typeoil press and can be matched with oil press model 68 ,80 ,95 ,100 ,120 for combined operation .

Application:
The frameoil filter always is used as an oil purifier in the oil plants for edible oil or biodiesel. This model filter is suitable for filter crude oil and refined oil, and it is also can be used to filter bleaching oil in the refining workshop.
Oil Filter Working Principle
1. This frame oil filter is composed of filter plates, filter frames, oil pump and filter cloth, etc.
2. When the crude oil is pumped into the filtering machine, under the different pressure in and outside the machine, the crude oil go through the filtering cloth and come out from the pipe under the filter plate,
3. while the oil dregs remains on the surface of the filtering cloth, thus realizing the filtering process.
How to use
Check the tie-ins whether it is loose or stainless .
Vacuum filtering department :the rotate direction of the electric engine should be coordinate with the mark ,rotating in the wrong direction may damage the vacuum pump .
l Open the valve 2 ,close the other valves 1 2 3 4 5 6
l Open the valve 1 ,then open the valve 5 to vent the oil .
l Open the valve 4 and close the valve 2 in time when the oil in the second vat get to the 1/3 of the oil observe windows .
l Open the value 3 ,then open the valve 6 to vent the oil .According to the above process ,the vacuum pump .
Delivery time: For sample machines, we have stock available. If quantity is over 5 sets, 10-15 days after order confirmation.
Payment: 30% advance to enforce order, 70% balance should be paid before shipment.
