Through governing the haze from nearly hundred electric arc furnace,the company accumulated the trapping high temperature haze,its government rich experience,and system pipe net low resistivity optimization design in addition,it succeed in developing the new generation of the low resistivity deducing system.It obtained many independent intellectual property rights about this system.The system is the new important production which national five department promoted for national economy&trade committee,the national environmental protection bureau and so on.It selects the advanced air blower dynamic system and its system control adjustment which suits the user's demand.
Features of Long bag low pressure pulse dust collector for power plant
1.Dust removal efficiency is high,generally over 99%,precipitator dust concentration of outlet gas in dozens of 50mg/m³,the fine dust of submicron particle size high classification efficiency.
2.Simple structure,convenient maintenance operations.
3.Under the premise of guarantee same high dust removal efficiency,cost is lower than the electric dust catcher.
4.Using glass fiber,the high temperature resistant filter materials such as ptfe,P84,can run under the condition of high temperature above 200℃.
5.Is not sensitive to the characteristics of dust from dust and influence of the resistance.
