Industiral Hot Air Circulation Vegetable and Fruit Drying Equipment/Ginger Drying Machine
Working Principle
CT-C series hot air circulation oven drying is equipped with low noise axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system. The circle system is fully sealed, It take advantage of steam and electricity as heating source, through the heater heating, a lot of hot hair in the hot hair circulation in the oven, fresh air into the oven from the air inlet continuously, and then exhaust from exhaust port, increase the heat transfer effect, make the moisture of the material reduce gradually.
Advantage: It makes the not efficiency increased from 3%-7% of traditioinal oven to nearly 40%, The maximum hot efficiency can be up to 70%.
Application:
This drying machine can be used in many fields, such as food processing industry, fruit and vegetable processing industry, agricultural and sideline industry, seafood processing industry, medicinal industry,chemical industry, etc.
- Dried fruits: apple, lemon, berry, banana, kiwi, figs, pear, peach, pineapple, mango, jujube, plums, etc.
- Dried vegetables: mushroom, pepper, carrot, cabbage, red chili, onion, tomato, potato, sweet potato, garlic, ginger, etc.
- Dried nuts: cashew nuts, walnuts, peanuts, etc.
- Dried beans: cocoa beans, peas, red beans, green beans, black beans, etc.

Features
1. This series of drying machines can work with electricity heating,gas heating and steam heating.(Gas heating machine is equipped with one gas furnace.)
(Steam heating machine is equipped with steam boiler.)
2. Machine can be made of carbon steel and stainless steel, the price We quote you is stainless steel.
3. Drying temperature can be set and can show drying temperature in the drying chamber.
4. The steam-heating operation temperature range is 50-140℃, at most 150℃. If heated by far infrared 50-350°C
5. Common vapor pressure: 0.02-0.8mpa
6. The drying tray plate size is 640*460*45mm, the drying trolley size is 1.45*0.71*0.93m.
