Automatic combination weighter vertical packing snack machine , bagging machinery
Application
Suitable to package fragile materials demanding high accuracy, such as puffed food, corn flakes, pet food, baby food, crispy rice, jelly, candy, pistachio, apple slices, dumpling, chocolate, small hardware’s, medicine, etc.
It can be three side, four side and back side sealing.
With different size of bags, it is only need to adjsut the former or change the former, and easy to operate!
Working Processing :
Bag making → measuring → filling → sealing → cutting → counting → hot pressing codes

2.Be suitable for hot filling and assembling attemperator depend on customer's requirement.
3. Automatic adjustment of pouch size and filling range
4. Automatic self-support lubricating system,the machine can work 24 hours
5. The operation facility is controlled by American intel computer,all function is displayed with digital screen
6. Mininum sealing temperature variation employs PID temperature, the tolerance is controlled by 2%
7. Be equipped with a product stirrer and heated jacket for high temperature product packaging.
