1.Core filling food extrusion machine can do the works of raw materials preparation, extrusion,
core filling, shaping, cutting, coating and flavoring at a time, which is high automatic degree.This
production line has the advantages of more machines choice, flexible and diverse configurations,
wide range of raw materials application, numerous in products variety and easy operation. It can
make the puffed food, such as core filling snack food, filling biscuit, nutrition breakfast, corn
flakes etc. After being puffed, the products are crispy, easy to digest and unique taste. They are
the perfect leisure food for consumers.
2.The screws are made by ally steel and special craft, the screw life is longer, uses building block
system structure, may combine willfully.
3.The forced lubrication system, by guaranteed equipment transmission longer life.
4.Visible auto-temperature controlling system, make the temperature-controlling to be more direct
-viewing, parameter to be more precise.
5. It also can be designed according to customer requirement.
6. Voltage : Three phases: 380V/50Hz, Single phase: 220V/50Hz, we can make it according to
customers' Local voltage according to different countries

1.Food grade stainless steel mesh conveyor belt,free of damage to animal or human body.
2.Drying temperature and time can be adjusted through the button on controller.
3.World famous brand of electric parts,such as LG,FUJI,and Omron etc
4.Various heating types are available, such as electric,gas,LPG,diesel and team.
5.For small granule,mesh cloth need to put on conveyor belt to avoid leakage from the mesh.
6.Different types of dryer can be made according to users' requirement based on layer,lenth,
heating type,machine material etc.
