Introduction of Twin screw Extruder :
1.The main extruder adopts frequency speed controlling with high automation and stable
per-formation.
2.The screws are made of the alloy steel and special craft,durable usage,high pressure,
the screw life is longer.
3.Adopting the building block structure and combining willingly according to the different
demand.
4.The forced lubrication system,so that it can guarantee the equipment transmission life
is longer.
5.Automatic temperature control system, make the temperature controlling more direct view
ing and the parameter more precise.
6.Self-cleaning, screws can be cleaned by reputing wasted material.
7.According to different screw design rate to full different technology request.
Introduction of Fryer :
1.These fryers are constructed of high grade stainless steel, with available stainless steel
interconnections and valves.
2.State of the art filtration systems are used to ensure proper removal of fines in order to
give the maximum life to your cooking oils.
3.The most commonly used systems are filter baskets which can filter down to 5 micron.
4.The other common system employed is fines removal drums which mechanically separate
the oil, literally lifting fine particles out of the cooking oil.
