Copper wire shredder AZS-600B description
This copper wire granulator AZS600B is useful for recycling copper from scrap communication wire including telephone wire, USB wire, computer wire, wasted automobile wire and other miscellaneous wires etc with diameter between 0.2mm and 20mm.

First the crusher chops wire, then through grinding copper core and insulation will be separated.
Under the help of blower, light insulation granules move up and heavy copper granules
go down and are dispelled out from different outlets. In the whole process, no need of water and all
the dust will be collected. So it will be environment friendly. With this machine, you can get more than
99% purity copper granules.

Attention: To process much wider wires you can equip this granulator with a wire stripper which can process wires between 1-165mm.

1.The machine adopts dry separation with all dust collected by the dust collecting system. So there will be no pollution to surrounding environment.
2.The whole process is controlled by PLC control box with one press on the button it will start or work. Very easy to operate.
3.For processing wires in different diameter, just change the screen size and adjust the force of blower and height of baffle in the vibrator.
4.The machine is mounted on one base, convenient to move.
5.At the outlet part we will equip it with small vibrating tables. Copper purity will be double ensure.
