Production Process and Quatily Control
What the printing process of our DTG ink?
1.For light color T-shirt/shoes/cloth:
Digital printing →Baking(150-160oC×2-7 min)→Finish
2.For dark color T-shirt/cloth/garment:
Pre-treament liquid→Drying(150oC×1 min)→Print white ink→Print colored ink→ Baking(150-160oC×2-7 min)→Finish
