Steam aging test chamber
Product descriptions:
Steam aging test chamber is used in electronic connector, semiconductor IC, transistors, diodes, LCD, chip resistance capacitance and components industry electronic components metal pin wetting resistance test before the aging accelerated life time test; Semiconductor and passive components, parts pin oxidation test. Microcomputer temperature controller, LED digital display, PID + SSR control, platinum resistance temperature sensor (PT - 100), resolution of 0.1 °C, automatic safety device.
Features:
1. Made of SUS# 304 stainless steel. Easy to operation and set.
2. Controlled by micro computer digital LED. Have time planning function. The max setting is 9990mins.
3. Hve safety device including multi over-temperature protection and power off when out off water.
4. Testing high temperature/high humidity to spare parts. connector passive component and semiconductor.
5. Digital electronic indicators+SSR with PID automatic caculation capacity, the max runnign time is 999 mins.
6. Water system drying out prevention and automatic overheating prootection.
