1. About Machine:
suitable for packing solid goods such as instant noodle, ice cream, biscuits, moon cakes, chocolate, wafer, yolk style, egg roll, bread, sausage, nori, frozen foods, medicines, medicine tablets(blister),infusion bag(bottles), soaps, toilet soaps,mosquito repellent, paper towel, toilet paper, cards, adhesive tape, disposible tableware(forks and knives).
The first generation of double line instant noodles packaging machine: 320 bags/min
The second generation of double line instant noodles packaging machine: 380 bags/min
Now the third generation of double line instant noodles packaging machine: 460 bags/min
2. Main features:
1) 4 servo motors, no mechanic cam, low noise, no vibration no noodle scraps dropped on conveyor chains.
2) Double knives dual lanes rotating speed 110rpm production capacity 440 bags/min.
3) Upper tube conveyor belt in moving presses spice bags resulting no cutting spice bays.
4) Automatic film splicer.
5) Option automatic servo motors aligning system saves workers.
