2.Features
1.Frame: After high precision planer and milling wash, it has the advantages of high mechanical strength, stable structure, no deformation, good accuracy and other significant characteristics.
2. Vacuum pump: Fitted with Germany original “Elmo-Rietschle” and “BUSCH” pump, this machine has features of high vacuum, stable quality, low noise, long durability and so on.
3.Gas path system: It adopts AIRTAC cylinder and pneumatic valve, which make the work efficiency improved about 10%.
4. Operation system: Adopt world-famous brand Japanese “OMRON” spare parts, touch screen, Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) and stepping system.
5.Mould changing: Moulds can be designed as required.
6.Slitting system: Adopt advanced transverse and slitting systems, intelligent adjustment can be finished on touch screen, no need exchange, easily handle.
7.Recycling system: Fitted with leftover material recycling system, which ensured the hygiene requirements of the production environment.
