Meat Cutter
1. MAIN FEATURES
1) This machine can process various kinds of meat, and can cut meat into dice, slice and strip;
2) PLC Control System is applied, and this machine is designed reasonally and easy to operate. Furthermore, cutting speed and auto pre-compression system can be adjusted to ensure the accuracy of meat block;
3) It is able to cut fresh meat before frozen, so as to keep the meat products in high quality, and it can cut meat evenly under various status;
4) It will compress meat before cutting, and don't need pre-cutting even if the product is higher than inlet. The cutting speed is 50-120 times/min;
5) One-handed operation system makes the operation more convenient, and you can operate the round wrench by one hand controlling the sliding compression cover of feeding inlet, when the cover is closing inlet , operator can use left hand to feed material into inlet;
6) There are emergency stop buttons on the machine, and safe equipment is applied, both of them can protect persons from injury;
7) Main drive and control system are in high quality, which can improve the operating precision and last machine life;
8) Running system and blade ratating speed are in stepless speed.
