3. main characteristics
1) Conveyor belt is made of special high strength stainless steel 304 which can meet food grade, running smoother and lasting longer;
2) All components can fully meet the hygienic requirements of HACCP;
3) This equipment is in life-long design which is structured as installation not welding, it will be much easier to maintenance;
4) Driving control is made of fine stainless steel;
5) There is unique design of symmetrical and fluent circle wind channel, which can keep cold in inlet and outlet;
6) It is equipped with evaporation in high efficiency which is 30% higher than common evaporation;
7) The bottom is made of stainless steel in 3mm thick,no leak and no risk of burst;
8) Main control components are from Schneider, and control box is made of stainless steel;
9) Reducer is from SEW, which can ensure high efficiency and long life.
