Product Introduction

Usage:

DEFU series oil transfer electric gear pump

is applicable to transport not containing solid particles and fibers,temperature is not higher than 200°C, the viscosity for 5 x 10~6 ~ 1.5 x 10~3 m2 / s (5~1500 CST) lubricating oil or other liquid properties similar to lubricating oil .
Reduce the pump’s speed, the medium’s viscosity can reach 5x104 cst.

Structure features:

DEFU series oil transfer electric gear pump are mainly composed by gear, shaft, pump body, safety valve, shaft end seal etc. Gear after heat treatment have higher hardness and strength, and together with the shaft installed in the replaceable sleeve to operate. All the parts in the pump will automatic reach lubrication by transferring medium when pump working.

There are properly designed unloading groove and return chute in pump, which makes the gear bear the least torque force and therefor reduce the load of bearings and wear, pump’s efficiency raised.

Pump have safety valve as protection of overload. safety valve’s return flow pressure is 1.5 times higher than pump’s rated exhaust pressure. Also can adjust within the allowance according to actual requirement. But please note the safety valve can not be used as pressure reducing valve working for long time. Can separately install pressure reducing valve if it is needed.
