Description of organic fertilizer pellet production line:
Our organic fertilizer pellet production line is used for making fertilizer materials into pellets.The materials can be feed garbage, animal waste, rice husk, cotton stalk, cottonseed skins, weeds and crop stalks and other plant wastes, especially low-bonding and unformed materials. It may also be applicable to biological fertilizer, organic manure as well as fertilizer for low-temperature granulation.
General charactors for organic fertilizer pellet production line:
The organic fertilizer pellet production line includes mainly many machines, not all of the machine is necessary. You can choose from the machines.
Step 1: Crusher-- It is used to crush the logs into sawdust.
Step2: Screw conveyor --It is used to transfer the powder to the dryer machine. You can also use man power instead of this machine.
Step 3: Dryer--If the moisture of the powder is more than 12%. Then you can use this machine. During drying, the moisture of the material should be less than 50%. You also can choose to dry the sawdust naturally.
Step 4: Pellet machine--It is used to make the powder into pellets. The moisture of the powder should be from 13-16% for good working.
Step 5: Cooler-- It is used to cool and screen the final pellet.
Step 6: Lifting machine-- To transfer the pellet to the packing machine.you can also use man powder instead of this machine
Step 7: Packing machine--It is used to pack the pellets in bags.
