Instruction of China Wood Crusher Machine :
1 China Wood Crusher Machine is multifunctional, can also crush other biomass such as wood, wood chips, wood bark, cassava root , rice husk, straw, grass, etc.
2. China Wood Crusher Machine usually work with cyclone, air lock, fan blower, bag dust collector.
3 China Wood Crusher Machine can work in two methods, positive pressure and negative pressure, the difference between them is just the position of the fan blower.
Spare parts of China Wood Crusher Machine :
1 Sieves with 1-20mm diameter will be installed at the bottom of the hammer mill. So if you want to crush powder with different size, then you should choose sieves with different diameter.
2Spare parts hammer blades, sieves and chief axies are handled by heat treatment, then made by cnc system, quality is high and service life is long.
3 Hammer blades are 65mn raw material, can be used for about 1 year, and the sieves can be used for about half years.
Raw Material for China Wood Crusher Machine :
1 Raw material for this hammer mill should be not too wet, moisture below 15% is the best. If more wet, then per hour capacity will be lower.
2 We will choose the sieves as per moisture, if too wet, the sieves with 1-20mm will be used, if dry, then sieves with 1-10mm will be used.

China Wood Crusher Machine can be installed with different kinds of sieves, you can choose according to your actual need. If you want to process different size powder, then you need different size sieve,( sieve size:0.8cm, 1cm, 1.2cm. 1,5cm, 2.0cm)
2 China Wood Crusher Machine rotor is high speed rotorying parts, hammer blades must be fixed firmly, avoid hard rawmterial entering into.
3 Hammer blades are of wear parts, should be checked time to time, when having no edges and conners, reversible or swithcing to use. But the position of hammer blades cant be changed, or will effect balance.
4 If raw material is to big, then should be make into small one to feed in.
