1:The machine which is accord with the industry standard of food processing equipment.
2:made of SUS304 stainless steel in order to wash it conveniently after finishing the working .
3:This device is made up of three parts , one-level conveyor , two-level conveyor and screen roller .
4:Screen roller is composed of at least two rollers with the shape of big in top and small in bottom .
5:There are space can be formed between two rollers which selecting the shrimp .
6:It finishes the all the producing process from transporting to selecting automatically and increase the efficiency very much .
7:The device adopt numerical to control specification of shrimp , the precision can be reach industry standard . It is the perfect processing equipment for marine product .
Feature of shrimp sorting machine/shrimp grader/portable shrimp grading machine
1. The first two conveyor support is make of 75×45×1.5mm and 50×25×1.5mm stainless steel square pipe, the elevating is make of 304/2B stainless steel panel of 1.5mm thickness
2. The conveyor is make of high strong polyvinyl chloride metal band of width 1746mm,the baffle height is 10mm, two-stage lifting,the first is 2800mm,second 2000mm.
3. Conveyor guide rail is 1.5mm thickness 304/2B stainless steel panel and fiberboard.
4.Speed-down Motor:2pcs,stainless steel water pump:1.1kw,1pcs,UCF205 axes 8pcs.
5. Body support Φ114×2.5mm 304/2Bstainless steel square pipe.
6. Assorting cylinder is Φ125×130mm plastic Steel,12pcs.With UCP207 and UCF207 axes 24pcs
7. Guard plate both sides and exit is 1.5mm thickness 304/2B stainless steel
8. Roller drive: slowdown motor 1pcs,1.5kw
9. At bottom,there are 5pcs conveyors,the conveyor is polyvinyl chloride steel,width:185mm.each length:3100mm
10 Grading conveyor support is 2.0mm thickness 304/2B stainless steel, UCF204 axes 20pcs.0.4kw motor 2pcs.
11. Electrical system:control box 1pcs of stainless steel sheet,the conveyor and assorting cylinder is controlled by microcomputer.
