Reconstituted Rice Food Machinery
1. Description
Reconstituted rice/ artificial rice machine takes rice powder as main ingredient, and some
other vitamin and mineral as part of ingredient is available as well if you like. The material is
extruded into rice shape by the twin screw extruder, and dried in a rotary dryer to needed
moisture content.
The extruding technique makes it possible to strengthen and solidify the micro nutrient in
the rice.This artificial rice can be mixed with natural rice prior to cooking as usual. When
cooking is finished, its grains are not broken and there is no difference between the artificial
rice and the natural one in viscosity, elasticity and taste.
2. Raw materials
Adopts broken rice, corn, millet, wheat, oats, buckwheat, bean, starch
as main ingredient, and some other vitamin and mineral as part of ingredient.

Artificial Rice Process Line Flow Chart
The Twin Screw Extruder
a. The screws are made by alloy steel (38CrMoAL) and special craft by nitriding process,
The HRC hardness is around 60---62, it has good self cleaning ability and does not need to
discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials.
b. The extrusion barrel is constructed of carbon steel, is made by #45 steel, stainless steel coating
c. The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life.
d. Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive.
e. SIEMENS(CHINA) brands electronic parts used in the controller box, make sure the extrusion
process perfect
f. Main Motor from SIEMENS(CHINA), ensure its powerful extrusion and excellent performance
