1. Linear vibrating screen classifier is a kind of new equipment that utilizes the excitation of vibrating motor to make the materials be thrown up and move forward for straight line motion so as to match the vibrating tumbler screener mesh reasonably.
2.This linear vibrating screen classifier fits for sieving or sperating any kind of sand material with the size between 0.074 and 5 mm, and the max grain size is 10 mm.
Working as linear vibrating screen classifier, it has the folloing features:
- low energy consumption, high productivity
- simple structure, easy maintenance
- fully enclosed structure, no dust and automatic nesting
- It is more suitable for work of assembly production line.
Linear vibrating screen classifier adopts dual vibrating motors. When the two motors do synchronized and reverse rotation, the generated centrifugal force is offset in the parallel direction of motor axis, and stacked together as a resulting force in the perpendicular direction of the motor axis. Hence, the vibrating tumbler screener sieving machine trajectory is a straight line. There is a inclination in the relative sieve surface of two motors, under the resulting force of exciting force and the force of gravity, the material was thrown up on the screen and leaped forward for straight line motion so as to achieve the purpose of sieving and and separating of sand materials. It can be applied to the assembly line to achieve the automatic work.
