Introduction of continuous shaving machine:
1)continuous shaving machine is mainly used to cut the wood into uniform shavings.
2)includes rack, platform fixed on the rack, the knife rest fixed on the platform, the raw materials put into the inlet, and the shavings are produced through the knives, with even size and thickness.
3) The materials can be log, the tree branch and plate edges and other wood materials
4) Application: The wood shavings can be used to make particle board, the raw materials of the wood pulp paper in papermaking factory; fragile’s filling materials in transporting company, making bed for animals such as the pig, the cow, the sheep. Also can be used as the bioenergy .
Working principle of continuous shaving machine:
1.Put the raw materials into the feeding hole;
2.Cut the materials by the cutters, and then put them into the pulverizing room;
3.Strike and crush them by the hammer and shear knife in high-speed revolution;
4.Send out the finished products through the screen by wind power;
5.The particles size can be adjusted by the size of the blades and mesh aperture.
Advantage fo the continuous shaving machine:
1.The wood waste crusher can process logs, branches, plate edges into wood shavings.
2.Produced shavings are as the same as furniture factory production of wood shavings.

Working process of continuous shaving machine
Inlet adopts automatic feeding device, the material comet into the machine through the feeding port ,
after the blade section in the interior of the machine, and then enter the screen.
Finally it will produce uniform particle size, the thickness can be adjusted automatically.
It is used to make wood shavings.
The different size of final product can be adjusted by tuning the cutter and changing the sieve.
The raw material gets into the machine from feeding port, through the cutter to the crushing room,under the effect of the mutual striking hammers, the material is being crushed.
The wood shvings is the same as the ones from furniture factory.
