Introduction of shaving wood machine:
shaving wood machine is an ideal machine, which for preparing with producing wood powder.
The raw material gets into the machine from feeding port, through the cutter to the crushing room, under the effect of the mutual striking hammers, the material is being crushed.
The wood shavings are the same as the ones from furniture factory.
The shaving wood machine can process timber,branch and other materials into wood chips,with less investment and low energy consumption, high efficient, good economic returns,easy maintenance.
The equipment can also be used as raw materials, which for produce edible mushrooms, shaving board, sawdust board and dense board.
Worling principle of shaving wood machine
1.Put the raw materials into the feeding hole;
2.Cut the materials by the cutters, and then put them into the pulverizing room;
3.Strike and crush them by the hammer and shear knife in high-speed revolution;
4.Send out the finished products through the screen by wind power;
5.The particles size can be adjusted by the size of the blades and mesh aperture.
